Cosmetic refill jar for 200 ml. The eco-friendly Refill-200 jar has a unique design of the body and refill (replacement unit) with a light weight. Due to the light weight of the container (refill) and the transport latch lid, up to 70% of primary plastic is saved. The container is inserted into the body and latches with a little effort. This prevents the container from slipping out of the body when removing the product. At the same time, thanks to the pressed "tongue", the replaceable unit is easily removed from the jar. The tongue is inserted into the groove, which allows you to combine the design on the front side of the container and the body (for example, the brand name on the body and the product name on the container).
The inner capacity of the Refill-200 jar, the transport latch lid and the jar lid are made of 100% PP (polypropylene) and are recyclable. They can be made in any color. The body of the Refil-200 jar is made of acrylic and has a premium appearance. Acrylic jar bodies will be reused by the consumer over a long period of time. And although their recycling potential is lower than that of conventional polyethylene or polypropylene, they can be recycled in specialized companies.
All elements of the Refil-200 jar can be decorated. This allows you to completely abandon the non-ecological label and additional packaging. Foil and silk-screen printing are available for the body; silk-screen printing for the refill container, and foil, pad printing or silk-screen printing for the lid.
The refill container has a wide rim for sealing. The Over-200 transport lid is designed to protect the foil during transportation. In case of using a cardboard box, the transport lid may not be purchased (at the discretion of the customer). The transport lid does not provide airtightness without foil sealing (plate).
The minimum batch of one color is 10,000 pcs.
